GPW: An Ideal Brand
Developing the Global Peace Walk (GPW) into an international pilgrimage-package that tourists can experience will help Dr. King's birthplace become a Global Capital of Peace.
Dr. King Traveled To INDIA
In 1959, when Dr. King first traveled to India to "walk in the footsteps" of Gandhi his teacher, he told a group of reporters gathered at the airport:
“To other countries I may go as a tourist, but to India I come as a pilgrim.”
Travel To ATLANTA: City of Peace
We Invite Project Designers to help us build the GPW project. Our original plan is to "GIFT" all tourists and peace pilgrims with an ATLANTA: City of Peace t-shirt, plus have them sign our Guest Book, or send a video, when they arrive at the ATL Airport, saying:

GPW & ACP COVID-19 STATEMENT: Before you pack your bags for the Global Peace Walk or anywhere, our peace organization recommends that everyone follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) which is a U.S.A. federal agency serving under the Department of Health and Human Services. John R. Naugle, ACP's CEO, once worked as an information-tech contractor for the CDC and he knows they are diligent about providing best practices. See this link:

AMBASSADOR DEFINITION: If you believe in our GPW Mission, then we accept you as an Official Ambassador (Note: what you choose to do beyond your simple and initial belief is up to you and your available time, your levels of courage, interests, talents, connections, and resources). All are invited & welcomed (especially civic, government & business leaders) but more are needed with the courage to act and work with us.
NOTE: The goal, presence, primary focus, emphasis, and inspiration for the Global Peace Walk, and all ACP projects & efforts, even BEFORE our incorporation, is centered around Dr. King's powerful warning & quote: "This call for a worldwide fellowship that lifts neighborly concern beyond one's tribe, race, class, and nation is, in reality, a call for an all-embracing and unconditional love for all humankind... We are now faced with the fact, my friends, that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history, there is such a thing as being too late."
INFO COLLECTION: Atlanta: City of Peace, Inc. (ACP), and all its projects like the Global Peace Walk (GPW), recognizes the importance of privacy to our event attendees, supporters, and members. We do not collect personally-identifying information from our sites unless you choose to provide that information to us during the registration process. We may ask for personal information at other times, such as when you ask a question or report a problem with this site. If you contact the staff, we may keep a record of that session or correspondence, including a record of your e-mail address. We may occasionally ask users to complete surveys for research purposes. We may also capture IP addresses, domain names, and similar items regarding users of this site to measure the number of visits, pages visited average time spent on this site and similar items. We will never disclose your personal information collected through this site to third parties without first informing you of such a change in our disclosure practices and providing you a choice regarding such disclosure.
EVENTS & ATTENDANCE: Regarding ALL activities and events we host... All attendees and participants of any event, and all, are hereby notified that they have, with their attendance decision, essentially opted-in to this following agreement; that group video may be used in a documentary, even though Appearance Release Forms may not have been submitted for every individual, plus that everyone shall hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the various organizations holding this event, along with current property owners, and its auxiliaries, officers, employees, duly authorized volunteers, and agents of each of them from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, costs of every nature, and causes of actions, except for the sole negligence or willful misconduct arising out of, or in connection with, our use of the property referenced above in the provision of services for any event.
